Moving the world’s grain and sugar, reliably, from field to port.
Yanis Group is a global commodities consultancy and brokerage firm specializing in the trade of bulk agricultural commodities, with particular depth in the origination corridors of South America and the Black Sea.
We exist to make the movement of bulk agricultural commodities predictable in an unpredictable market — connecting producers, buyers, and carriers across two of the world’s most demanding origination regions with the discipline of a trading desk and the judgment of people who know the cargo.
Precision
Every contract, specification, and shipment is verified against source documentation — no assumptions, no rounding errors on volumes that matter.
Integrity
We represent both sides of a trade honestly. Our word is binding before the paperwork is, and we build relationships that outlast any single deal.
Market Fluency
We track freight, FX, weather, and export policy across our corridors continuously, so clients act on current conditions, not last week’s data.
Reliability
Vessels, borders, and harvests don’t wait. We build in contingency at every stage so a single delay never becomes a broken supply chain.
Discretion
Client positions, counterparties, and pricing strategy are handled with the confidentiality expected in commodities brokerage.
Partnership
We measure success across seasons, not single shipments — the goal is a counterparty relationship a client keeps coming back to.
Built around two grain corridors, one desk at a time.
Yanis Group is founded
Established with a focus on bulk agricultural commodities brokerage, opening with relationships in Turkish agricultural products.
Expansion into the Black Sea corridor
Origination relationships extended into Ukraine, anchored by sunflower oil as the primary line, alongside wheat and barley.
South American origination network
Deepened sourcing across Brazil, led by Sugar IC45, building the logistics relationships that now anchor our sugar and grain desks.
Establishment of the Omani entity
Yanis Group formally established its Omani company, integrating the Middle East as a core destination market alongside origination in South America and the Black Sea, and strengthening the corridor into Jebel Ali and the wider Gulf.
A cross-corridor consultancy and brokerage
Yanis Group now advises and executes across origination, freight, and destination markets, serving clients who need both trading expertise and on-the-ground market knowledge.
Scale that reflects the corridors we work.
